Gail Best will be performing in the Wine Room - Grapes on the Brazos - at the Fort Bend County Fair again is this year.
Saturday Oct. 1st 7:00 to 10:00.
BLACK JACK COUNTY will play Jack's this Saturday starting at nine. It will be an ALL BLACK JACKERS night, starring Eric Ferguson as lead vocalist, and featuring Gail Best as lead vocalist. The amazing John Matlock will be our guest guitarist!!! Don't miss this incredible night!

Gail Best is a Singer/Songwriter from Richmond, TX. Her soon to be released album encompasses a lifetime of writing music in various genres; Country, Blues, Folk and Americana. The new album tentatively named "The Girl Can Sing" is being produced at Wire Road Studios in Houston, TX by Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter/producer Billy Dorsey and exceptional guitarist Ben Jarrad as coproducer have been instrumental in bringing Gail's music to life and giving it the perfect sound and feel.

Gail's musical style is reminiscent of Bonnie Raitt or Reba McEntire. Her favorite type of music is blues and it shows in her song writing style.
Gail Best is the perfect entertainer for your event, singing a wide variety of music: everything from Lite Dinner Jazz, Blues, Standards, Country, Folk R&B, Classic Rock, Pop & even Disco. Gail has the ability to adapt to whatever mood the environment or event calls for. She is comfortable singing soft background music, perfect for an elegant evening affair or rocking the house with Blues, Classic Rock and R&B. Or, if a little boot scooting suits your fancy, Gail can entertain your guest singing Patsy Cline, Reba, Bonnie Raitt, Carrie Underwood and many other country greats.
Gail Best is also a trained Certified Therapeutic Musician. Gail completed the MHTP program to become a Certified Music Practitioner, trained to use music, sound and rhythm medicinally to sooth those in hospitals, nursing homes and hospice.
Gail Best created a sing a long program for dementia patient's that has had amazing results.
